Packaging Process:
Each numismatic specimen is handled with conservation gloves and placed in acid-free protective holders (flips or capsules). For shipping, we use padded envelopes or rigid boxes with interior reinforcement, ensuring the item does not move during transit. Our packaging is completely discreet, with no mention of the contents on the outside.

Shipping Methods:
- Registered Mail: Ideal for low to medium-value items. Includes a tracking number to follow the journey on the postal service website.
- Insured Mail (Declared Value): Recommended for high-value items or rare banknotes. This service offers insurance covering 100% of the item's value in case of loss or damage.
- Local Pickup: Available by prior appointment in the Mirandela area, allowing for item inspection at the time of delivery.
Delivery Times & Claims:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. In case of delays or tracking issues, Alberto Numismática takes full responsibility for contacting the carrier and opening an inquiry to resolve the matter promptly.
